Sterile liquids in pharmaceuticals, need stringent regulations when it comes to processing, filling and sealing of vials/ ampoules syringes or cartridges. With many sterile turnkey projects to our credit during our journey, Unicare applies its expertise in delivering projects ensuring the following aspects:

  • Suitable premises with area classification
  • Validation methods for all critical manufacturing steps
  • Appropriate production equipment for processing, filling and sealing
  • Documentation of environmental conditions and in process controls.
  • Trained personnel

Unicare interprets the customer’s specific needs and then appropriately integrates it into the operational procedure. At the same time GMP relevant regulations and recommendations of other national health authorities are also taken into account. Few international recommendations and guidelines we take into account for the manufacture of sterile products.

Major Projects

Unicare takes pride into when it comes to our milestone Sterile Turnkey project of HADA Pharma. The project covers an area of 6,000 sqm and is located in Istanbul– Turkey. 

Unicare completed this state-of the art facility in 2020 on a turnkey basis for IV LVP line of BFS bottles, manufacture of ampoules and vials and packaging of OSD forms.
